Returns, Refunds & Warranty

At Aurenv we want you to love your portable blender. This policy explains our return, refund and warranty terms. Please read the promotion note below carefully, as it affects which purchases are covered.

Important: promotions are final sale

Our warranty, returns and refunds apply only to single-unit orders (1 blender) bought at the regular price. They do not apply to any bundle promotion, including the 2×1 (buy 2, pay 1) and 4×2 (buy 4, pay 2) offers. All promotional bundle orders are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, and are not covered by the warranty.

30-Day Returns (single-unit orders)

If you purchased a single unit at the regular price, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number using the contact details in our store; we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

1-Year Warranty (single-unit orders)

Single-unit purchases are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear. If your blender develops a defect, contact us with your order number and a short description or photo of the issue.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable period, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If any order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
